Why should I choose AEG Video Productions to videotape my wedding?
When choosing AEG video productions you can relax in the knowledge that you have entrusted your future memories to one of the leading professionals, with the benefit of experienced professional wedding Videographer with the ability to anticipate those special moments. In addition you get professional digital cameras, radio microphones, and professional editing equipment to give you clear picture quality and crisp sound. Add to that the capability to put your video on VHS and DVD in English or American and you get a complete production that beautifully captures your memories in a video that you will be able to share with your family and friends for years to come.

Do you film on digital cameras?
We only use the latest digital equipment throughout, we film on Full size 3 CCD digital cameras, and edit using the latest digital editing suite with frame accurate media 100 computers. This means that because everything we do is in the digital domain there is almost no loss in quality, when transferred to VHS or DVD.

Can you Author, menu & chapter, scene the DVD?
We offer a full in house DVD and CD authoring service, before we can create your master disc, your video will need encoding, to MPEG2 for DVD and SVCD, or MPEG1 for VCD. This is carried out using state of the art encoding computer software, to create DVD / VCD compliant MPEG video files of the highest quality.

Do you have a demonstration video?
Our policy is to meet with you and discuss your individual and special requirements when we can show you some recently recorded weddings, rather then just selecting the best parts from a variety of different videos. We believe that from this you can see the extent of the day’s video coverage and the quality you should expect.

Would you attend the rehearsals?
Yes, but this is subject to our workload.

If there is an emergency, do you have alternative cameramen and equipment?
Yes, we have fully qualified and experienced cameramen on our staff available and we always carry extra cameras and equipment spares.

Do you use lighting?
We do not use any lighting in the church, however we do use on camera low voltage lighting at the reception with special defusers and use them as necessary for the speeches and later in the evening.

Are you a member of any professional organisations?
Yes, we are qualified members of the Association of professional Videography and the Institute of Videography.

Can we order extra copies after the wedding?
Yes, you can order extra copies of the video at any time during or after the Wedding.

How long do you keep the master tape?
The Master edit is kept for 3 months and then archived to DVD format and kept for at least 2 years. (Our archive material goes back to 1982).

How soon will the video be ready?
Normally within 2- 4 weeks.

How much is the deposit to secure the date?
£50.00 booking fee will secure your special day. With the balance required paid in full 10 days before the event.

What information do you require?
We will send you our booking form and confirm dates, times and locations we would then collect this form from you 10 days before the event. This would also have the information needed for titling and any special instructions.

Are there any hidden charges?
No, once you have agreed the package that suits you best we will confirm this in writing and the price is fixed.

Can I change my options once I have paid?
Yes, however if the changes you make mean more locations or time or extra cameramen or equipment there may be an additional charge.

How many cameras do you use?
Normally we use one camera, our experience and unique filming style and editing techniques give the look of multiple cameras, if your wedding is extra-ordinary large or you have multiple locations then we would recommend and use more then one camera. Our experience shows us that we know the day’s events can be captured on one camera and this is less intrusive and also less expensive for you.

How many tapes do I receive?
We always supply 1 digitally mastered VHS tape and 1 DVD.

What do I need to do to now?
Call us 208 759 1318 or contact us using the form. we hope that we have answered most of your questions and hopefully made your decision a little easier. We are quality driven and it is our aim to produce a visual record of your day that you, your parents, grandparents and, in the future, your children can relive.
